What Are The Steps Need To Follow While Making An RC Truck From Starch?
It’s an easy process to construct a remote control car at home. We just need to follow the steps mentioned below for constructing it. Below is mentioned about the stems for the construction of a truck from scratch.
1. Construction Of Trunk Of The Truck:
In this step, we need to make the trunk of the truck by using a hardboard box that might be available at the store of your home. you can also use a show box for this purpose. We need to make 4 holes in that box to attach it to the basement of the truck. We will use a USB driller for this purpose. Do not make a large box rather make a smart size of the box.
2. Construction Of The Basement Of The Truck:
In this step firstly we need to make a basement according to the base size of the trunk. Now we need to cut the base-shaped hardboard accordingly after marking it with proper measurements. Attach the base with the base of the trunk keeping a gap between them with the help of the hardboard.
The gap distance should not be much and should not be less to keep the electronics in between. Now cut another base and attach it to the main base. The front side of the truck will be attached to the front base of the truck.

3. Preparation Of The Front Part:
Now it’s the time of creation. Make a small box with the help of hardboard or card paper such that its basement size remains equal to the basement of the front base of the truck as prepared in the 2nd step. Fix the front part of the truck in the front basement with the glue.
In this way, we have completed making the exterior structure of our truck. It is to be noted that there should not be any kind of gap between the front part of the truck and its basement.
4. Construction Of Wheels:
In this very step, we are going to construct the wheels of our truck. There should be 6 wheels of a truck. 4 for the back part of the carrier part and 2 for the front part or driver’s part. But the diameter of these 6 wheels will be the same. Fix the diameter of the wheel and mark circles over a hardboard according to that diameter. Now cut the circles from the hardboard and pile them up to construct a thick wheel.
Secondly, it’s time to fix the mini ball bearing on the wheels. So cut the wheel according to the size of the mini ball bearing and fix it to the wheels. Remember we don’t need to fix the ball bearing in all the wheels rather only two wheels of the back.
Thirdly. we need to fix the wheels in pairs. Take a wooden stick and connect the ball bearing attached wheels and connect the other four wheels in pairs by attaching the wooden stick to both ends.
5. Construction Of The Steering:
In this part, with the help of a steel stick, we are going to construct steering. We need to make the part with the help of an ice cream stick. Cut a few ice cream sticks in a fixed shape and pile them up with glue to make them strong, now fix it at the right-left side of the front basement. Take a steel stick make a 90-degree shape and pass it through the pile of the ice-cream sticks which is already been attached to the front basement of the truck.
Now connect the steel sticks with another steel stick allowing it to make a circular hole in which plastic gear will be attached. Secondly, we need to connect the mini steering box (plastic) with the attached steel stick of the steering. Here a gearbox will be connected with the help of cardboard. Make sure that the plastic gear is connected with the wheels of the ball-bearded wheels at the truck part’s wheel.
6. Electronics And Its Connections:
Now the time has come for the construction of electronics. Attach the DC motor, module, battery, on/off-board, and receiver board. It is very important to connect the positive part of the board and cell with the positive side. Otherwise, the circuit will not be able to work properly.
7. Decorations:
This is an additional part where you can show your creativity by decorating the truck with different colors and shapes with the help of cardboard.
